How do we work?
Our typical projects are; Renovations, Extensions, Refurbishments, Loft Conversions and Basement Conversions. We take care everything from planning through to completion, we provide you with high end finish and professional service using our own teams to progress the works.
We have multiple teams each with their own site manager, sitting above that we have a Project Manager co-ordinating the day to day requirements of the project, from materials to team resources.
Once you’ve been in touch via email or phone we’ll arrange a time to for an initial run through of your requirements, getting an idea for the style / specification for the overall works. We’ll then get back to you with a detailed quote with various recommendations on design / planning / fixtures / fittings based on our discussions.
From here they’ll most likely be a few further revisions as the specification is finalised towards the project start. To date we have completed various renovations and have a large clientele we’d be more than happy to put you in touch with for references, needless to say you are also more than welcome to drop by and see some of our on-going projects.

DETAILED QUOTE
We will provide you with a detailed quote, listing each area of work separately this allows you to see exactly what is being included, and gives you the ability to make any amendments to it before we proceed any further.
FORMAL CONTRACT
Once you are happy to proceed we can draw up a contract (based on the finalized quote). The contract will re-iterate exactly what work is being done and will specify the payment terms (usually an initial payment is due at the signing of the contract).
SCHEDULING
We schedule a time to start your project, apply for any necessary permits (if applicable) and then the work begins!
WORK IN PROGRESS
During the stages of work we will keep you informed of any issues that occur so that they can be resolved quickly. If you decide that you need to change certain aspects of the project while it is in progress we will always try to accommodate this, depending on the individual circumstances (and costs) involved.
WORK COMPLETION
Work is completed only when you are fully satisfied, the job site is cleared so that you can start to use your new space, and we receive our final payment.
